10:30-10:45 am    Arrival, welcome
10:45-noon           Sectionals on all five pieces
Noon-12:30           Lunch break (bring sack lunch)
12:30-1:00 pm       Welcome Cantus, icebreaker
1:00-2:00 pm        Group Session #1

                                (with Cantus conducting and singing)
2:00-2:20 pm        Break/snack
2:20-3:00 pm        Session #2, second rehearsal of repertoire
3:10-4:00 pm        Session #3, Telling a Story Through Song
4:10-4:50 pm        Session #4, final run-through of all five pieces
4:50-6:15 pm         Break (dinner provided)
6:00-6:15 pm         CAE warmup in space
6:15-6:35 pm          Mass choir rehearsal
7:00-8:00 pm        CONCERT (CAE, CANTUS, HS + CANTUS, mass choir)

Participants under 18 years old will need parental permission to attend. We will be recording during the workshops and the concert. Any recordings would be for possible use by the Choral Arts Ensemble or Cantus only.
