A wonderful event is planned for you

Your evening begins as you are greeted warmly at the door by board members and singers. For those with mobility challenges, valet parking will be provided upon request by the bass section of Choral Arts Ensemble. Friendly staff from Gesture, our online auction service, will make sure you are registered for easy electronic bidding. Move into the dining room to look over the live and silent auction items, greet friends and visit the photo booth for a fun souvenir of the night. There will also be a cash bar available. Once seated at your table, we encourage you to continue to monitor your favorite items while enjoying the conversations of your companions and the delicious meal. As you savor dessert and coffee, you will be serenaded by the choir as they perform a concert of romantic love songs, this year from the theaters of Broadway. Between sets is a fast and fabulous live auction led by a professional auctioneer. Don't forget your dancing shoes because after the choir completes their performance, the dance floor lights will be on, and Ralph Schornack and friends will provide just the right music. Checkout will be quick and efficient so you won't miss a step.
