Broadway, here we come!

Mark your calendars for February 11, 2017, and enjoy music of Broadway as you celebrate Valentine's Day with friends and loved ones. At the same time, you will also be supporting the year-round programming of Choral Arts Ensemble, excellent and innovative programming such as our dance-themed concert of the fall, our beloved Christmas at Assisi, and our inaugural Singing for Life high school choral festival.

Before sitting down to a fine meal and later being serenaded with a concert of love songs from the ensemble, you can browse among some fabulous live and silent auction items including a Day of Clay (pottery studio tour and lunch), Richard Brubaker sculptures, a Wabi Sabi sushi cooking lesson, and weekends at lake homes.

Keeping to our Broadway theme, you'll also have an opportunity to bid on theater tickets to a show at the Guthrie theater in Minneapolis, tickets to a Commonweal play or Great River Shakespeare Festival offering.

There will be opportunities to purchase a reservation to one of our signature summer social events, this year featuring a beer-tasting hosted by the altos of CAE, a garden party hosted by the CAE tenors and a sing-along screening of The Sound of Music at a local movie-house with the CAE sopranos. And don't worry, the Lowcountry Boil at Bru's Farm is happening again in July!
