Locusts, State Fair, and a new CAE season

The locusts are buzzing and the State Fair maps are in the papers, so it must be back-to-choir time! Music for our first concert was available last week, the singers met in a pre-season potluck last evening, and rehearsals begin next Tuesday, August 30. And we can't wait. The summer is nice, but there's nothing like gathering together and singing again.

We are happy to greet former section mates and learn something about the new singers joining us this year, but mostly we love to get those musical frequencies vibrating through and around us.

It is also our joy to send those vibrations out to others, and we look forward to friends new and old being there to share the music (and, spoiler alert! dancing) with us. Season ticketsare available through our first concert in October, but with reserved seating for our concerts in Lourdes Chapel December and March, you don't want to delay. Individual tickets are also on sale now, so if you know the family is coming for Christmas at Assisi, why not cross that task off your list and get those tickets now as well. Hope to see you soon!
