Michael Culloton, Artistic Director of Choral Arts Ensemble and the Honors Choirs of Southeast Minnesota, has been named Outstanding Young Choral Director by the Minnesota chapter of the American Choral Directors Association. This award is for conductors who have eight or fewer years of conduction experience. In those eight years, the award winners will have established high performance and literature standards with their ensembles. Consistent membership, attendance and support of ACDA functions ad activities are also required. Mr. Culloton will be presented with the award at the ACDA-MN fall convention in November.
